eBay goes for the ‘Buy It Now’ option on Magento

Magento announced today, about an hour before Apples keynote announcing the iCloud (strategic?), that eBay completed the acquisition of the Magento e-commerce business. Previously eBay had taken what was described as a “minority” stake – just a mere 49% of the business.
